Our facility provides you with a dedicated landing spot for your business. If you need a secure place for storing your equipment and do a few hours of work a day with power tools we are the perfect facility for you.
You can access our facility and your container 24/7 even on holidays. Our secure gate entry and motion detection camera system identifies your vehicle's license plate even during odd hours so we know it's you. Should you enter with another vehicle our software identifies you through your phone app so we know it's you. Should we detect any suspicious movement we call you immediately regardless of the time of day.
High Security and Convenience: We monitor all movement on the property and our advanced camera system also learns your vehicle plates so you won't have to use the key pad to access.
Our facility has enough power to run 40 residential homes. So if you need power every spot at our property has a 50 AMP connection. This is enough to run saws and prepare for your day.
The facility has someone 24 hours a day to answer the phone. These people are not in some offshore call center but people who know the facility, the area. Its always Eric, Zoltan or Amy.
Our facility is 100% maintained by tenants who become our suppliers. These people take great pride in their work and making our facility look tidy and be somewhere you can call home.

Once your business grows beyond our containers. Our sister brand Flex-Town is right next door to give you a transition into a larger work space which you can run a conventional business. Spaces start at 1,500 square feet.
We have a generator that keeps the gate and all the main features operational during a storm. We do close the main gate during high wind, but the side walk in gate provides access to the facility. So in short we never close for anything, no matter what.
